Repeater connection request

Include:

Repeater callsign and Radio ID.
Site location and intended coverage.
RX/TX frequencies and colour code.
Repeater make, model and connection type.
Custodian contact details and internet arrangements.

Fault or routing report

Include:

Date and exact local time.
Your callsign and Radio ID.
Repeater, hotspot or POC endpoint.
Talkgroup, timeslot and call type.
What was heard, expected and shown on the dashboard.

Before reporting an audio problem, try Parrot on TG9990 and check the live repeater or hotspot page. This helps separate radio configuration, RF coverage and network routing faults.
